We are looking for dynamic Food Server staff at all levels to start immediately in four and five star hotels in Qatar. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel. We are seeking a full time waiter/waitress to complete the team.

* RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of professional service to our guest, ensuring their restaurant visit will become memorable.
• Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service (mis-en-place)
• Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel
• Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment

* To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Customer Service experience in supervisory or above capacity
• A warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable
• Ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Accountable and resilient
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• Ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience in similar role
