MSF-Belgium is an international humanitarian organization providing medical aid to populations in distress, victims of natural and man-made disasters and victims of armed conflict, regardless of race, religion or political belief. The Charitable Fund "Medecins Sans Frontieres - Belgium" is looking for an Log Assistant to work in Dnepropetrovsk.
* Main Duties:

• Responsible for the computer and communication park of the project office, its proper utilization, good functioning and maintenance
• Organizing and supervising the work of the drivers, ensures* additional car rent* in case of need
• Supervises the implementation of general backup procedure*of IT equipement *and the anti-virus running in the project and regular upgrading according to MSF standards
• Supervises the good functioning and regular maintenance of internal MSF network and Internet in MSF office and expatriate houses
• Ensures* proper operation of* electrical, water and heating systems* in all MSF premises
• Organizes necessary maintenance and repair (equipment, furniture, electrical, water, heating systems)
• Manages office stock and carries out a physical stock inventory once a month
• Creates and updates inventory database of furniture, stationary, office equipments, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Specialist degree in Logistical or Technical domain (or strong experience in this matter)
• Excellent command of Russian, Ukrainian and English languages is a must
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant position
• Working experience in international organizations or with international team is an asset
• Flexibility and willingness to take additional duties in his/her area of competence, assigned by supervisor.
