MSF-Belgium is an international humanitarian organization providing medical aid to populations in distress, victims of natural and man-made disasters and victims of armed conflict, regardless of race, religion or political belief. The Charitable Fund "Medecins Sans Frontieres - Belgium" is looking for an Admin Assistant/Receptionist to work in Dnepropetrovsk.
* Main Duties:
To be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office, monitor the supply of office material and stationery.
To liaise with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation; make bookings or reservations on request.
To follow-up all contracts and agreements: rent contracts, office equipment maintenance contracts,*water*supply and others.
To handle the petty cash box, monitor and proceed to pay all outstanding bills (telephone, electricity, water, telephone, TV, internet, local purchase etc.).
To be actively involved in the recruitment of national staff through advertising, collecting c.v.’s scheduling interviews and orienting to recruits.
To assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls, local trainings and team events.
* Requirements:
Bachelor/Specialist degree*in BA Management, International Relations, and/or Finaces (or strong experience in this matter)
Excellent command of Russian, Ukrainian and English languages is a must
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
At least 2 years of experience in the relevant position
Working experience in international organizations or with international team is an asset
Flexibility and willingness to take additional duties in his/her area of competence, assigned by supervisor
