* MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB:
  • Build strong relationships with clients; understanding their business needs.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities with customer towards achieving agreed business aims.
  • Quarterly /Annual sales planning with the customer.
  • Participate in the planning and realizing co-op, promotional and loyalty campaigns.
  • Organize in a proper way of retail audit in terms of recommended assortment and pricing control.
  • Organize product trainings & product-introduction seminars for the second-level clients.
  • Coordinate the team of merchandisers: including monthly/weekly target setting, motivation, training and control over their activity.
  • Provide customers with the necessary marketing support (catalogues, promo-materials, ...)
  • Provide Sales management with regular reports and activity plans.
  • Develop, update and maintain customers’ database; collect available market information about customers and competitors activities and plans;
  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Responsible for organizing merchandising process.
  • Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual sales plan fulfillment*
  • Fulfill other job related tasks required by management to maximize business results.*
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree******

  • 2-3 years successful experience in sales sphere on the position of Supervisor or Trade representative
  • Experience in Lighting Industry will be a plus
  • Languages: Ukrainian and Russian - fluent; English – at least Intermediate level****
