Doing Gym and eating unhealthy food is not a good option when you are trying to get in shape. It's a very good decision that you are thinking about having a healthy diet. So there are following things you can follow to have a balanced diet.
You can take oats with some fruits in the breakfast but do not take banana
Then In the Lunch you can take some chicken grilled with few drops of olive oil and some raw or sauteed vegetables
In the dinner, you can eat leftover grilled chicken, or some vegetables or some fruits as well.
