SoftServe is looking for an experienced*Java Technical Leader*to join our professional team.*
* General requirements:

• General experience in Java 4+ years;
• English - upper intermediate (be ready for on-site visiting);
• Strong OOP, design and architecture skills - GoF design patterns are required;
• J2SE (Sun Certification is welcome);
• DB Access Layer & ORM;
• Web MVC, IoC frameworks;
• XML/XSLT/Web Services.

* Specialized knowledge:

• Understanding Multi tenancy challenges and solutions to solve;
• Understanding SOA (ESB, BPM, Web Services);
• Understanding Cloud Computing (Google, Amazon, Azure, etc.);
• Understanding Scalability & Availability Solutions;
• J2EE, Web frameworks (Struts, Spring MVC, JSF, etc.);
• Application Frameworks (Spring, OSGi, etc.);
• Persistence (Hibernate, JPA);
• Design skills, GoF, Integration patterns, experience with n-tiers Architectures;
• Application Servers (JBoss, etc.);
• Practice with XML, XPATH, XSLT;
• Web Services (WSDL , SOAP and REST, JAX-WS, WS security);
• Experience with WS Tools that are used in Java (Axis, CXF, etc.);
• RIA (Web 2.0, ExtJS/Dojo/YahooUI, JSF/JSP/Servlets, AJAX, Flex/BlazeDS, etc.).

* Advisable Skills:

• Data Recovery, Replication and Backup Solutions;
• Tools for testing and monitoring SaaS applications;
• Multitenant Security Solutions;
• Reporting (JasperReports, etc.);
• BI/DBA Skills (Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc.).
