Currently we are looking for a*Junior Software Developer*to join our*BackupAgent*team.*

We develop cloud backup software and sell the platform to service providers, in over 50 countries. Based on our software, our partners offer a cloud backup service to their customers. We recently received an investment from Runa Capital for accelerating our growth plans. Due to our ambitious roadmap and the growth of our customer base, BackupAgent is expanding its development team.*

Job description:*
BackupAgent is looking to recruit a highly talented and passionate Junior Software Developer with a versatile background in software development for our Dnepropetrovsk location to join our Client Product Team, which is currently adding many features demanded by our customers.*

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:*
?*Contribute to Windows Client, creating the VSS-based plugins for backup/restore of applications like SQL Server, Exchange, Hyper-V, VMWare.*
?*Build feature requests of customers and business partners.*
?*Qualify and resolve bugs.*

Qualification Requirements*
You are a responsible, self-motivated person with exceptional coordination skills, technical experience and knowledge within the following areas:*
?*1 year of experience working as a software developer.*
?*Experience with C# in commercial environment, knowledge of ASP.Net is a plus.*
?*Knowledge of Java is a plus.*
?*Fluency in English, written as well as spoken, as our customers are located all over the world and our development team is international.*
?*Master Degree in Computer Sciences.*
?*Understanding of object oriented design, design patterns.*
?*Experience with iterative and/or agile development methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban is a plus.*
? A good sense of humor is highly recommended.*

Additional skills/requirements:*
?*Ability and affinity to solve problems – solve these quickly and identify tasks which require automation.*
?*A good understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts, the principles of routing, client/server programming.*
?*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.*
?*Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.*
?*Good sense of responsibility, taking ownership of issues and tasks.*
?*Creative and innovative thinking.*
?*Prepared to travel to the Netherlands*
