Understanding Postal Scales for Accurate Shipping

I'm in the market for a postal scale and could use some advice. Specifically, I'm wondering if digital scales are more accte than analog ones? Does anyone have experience with both types? Also, what weight capacity should I aim for if I occasionally ship larger packages? Lastly, any recommendations on brands or features to look out for would be greatly appreciated!
