I'm new to making stews and recently came across the Local Stew Tray by Davis Saroni. It looks like a great tool, but I have a few questions. How does the Local Stew Tray compare to other options in terms of heat distribution and ease of cleaning?

Also, are there any special tips for using it to get the best results? I’d love to hear from anyone who’s used it and can share their experience or advice.
