I'm in the process of registering a new business in the UK and could use some advice. I've chosen a company name and gathered all necessary details, but I'm a bit confused about the steps to complete the registration through Companies House. Specifically, I'm unsure about the requirements for the memorandum and articles of association with UK company registration. Any tips on avoiding common pitfalls during the registration process would also be greatly appreciated. Has anyone here recently gone through this and can share their experience?
