Currently we are looking for a*Java Developer*to join our*Stibo Systems*team.*

About you*
Stibo Systems is a very successful international company being a worldwide market leader within the area of strategic information management. The company develops enterprise software for Master Data Management. Due to a growing number of customers and a serious strategy focusing on growth Stibo Systems is currently hiring new employees.*
Your assignment will be, together with the remaining team of software developers and QA engineers, to further develop the core part of our very advanced Master Data Management (MDM) solution, which is founded in a JEE architecture. Today this solution is being used with great success by some of the world’s largest companies.*

Main responsibilities:*
You are going to become a part of the*R&D department, which are using the principles of SCRUM quite intensively. Here you will be part of a team consisting of 3-4 experienced developers and 1 QA engineer. Typically you will be involved in 2 big releases every year. Your will learn about a very large domain where you can be sure to continuously develop for many years.*

Requirements
Beside a solid experience working with Java development, it is important that your profile is matching the following criteria:*
• Overall software development experience - 3+ years*
• Experience and interest in browser based application development - 1+ years*
• GWT experience is a plus*
• Experience with XML, XSLT, and JSON*
• Java software development experience 1+ year (Core Java SE is a must)*
• You like the Agile approach to software development*
You have a flexible and proactive attitude and are able to work analytically even with tasks that are not very well defined from the beginning. You have the drive, want to get things done, and you are able to communicate in a constructive manner clarifying your knowledge to your colleagues in the team, and at the same time you have the courage to insist where you know you’re right.*
