Role Overview*
The Publisher Support Manager role is responsible for the day to day delivery of the Publisher Support tasks and processes. You will contribute towards delivering efficient, quality support to publishers and colleagues.*
This role is a largely client-facing partner support role, working towards deadlines with fast turn- around-times. You will also need to present basic technical solutions to non-technical people.*

Key Personal Responsibilities:*

• Respond to support tasks/emails from publishers and colleagues within agreed deadlines*
• Resolve support questions in an efficient and professional manner whilst maintaining quality*
• Keep support requester updated on the progress of resolving their query*
• Actively comment your work for each support request you own*
• Feedback any important client information to Team Leader*
• A variety of admin based tasks that require attention to detail and accuracy*
• Follow protocols and processes*
• Registering all support steps in the online system*
• Helping publishers with implementation of advertising codes and SDK’s to their systems, sites and apps*
• Testing out implementations of advertising codes and SDK’s*
• Troubleshooting all HTML, Java etc. related issues on publishers sites/apps related to advertising codes and SDK*
• Ensuring maximal use of publishers databases for advertising purposes*
• Backfilling publishers inventory*
• Supporting Campaign Management team on campaign managing tasks*

Professional Requirements:*

• Ability to grasp technical concepts e.g. basic HTML/JavaScript is mandatory*
• Good written and spoken communication skills*
• Good English required – European language would be an advantage*
