Thanks for sharing these informative insights about reducing stress and anxiety. I second you that stress and anxious behavior lead to fear. I have been a victim of various kinds of fears for years. Likewise, it always creeps me out whenever I'm on the roads, especially during rush hour.

Similarly, flying and heights made me very uneasy. However, I started Belfast trauma counseling to deal with my PTSD and fears and got much relief. The combination of Havening techniques, Reiki, NLP, EFT tapping, alongside healthy eating, allowed my body to reduce its stress levels. With this approach, I regularly do yoga and consistently practice breathing.

I think you must try them before going with any supplement or other medication.
