* MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB:
Build strong relationships with clients; understanding their business needs.
Plan and prioritize sales activities with customer towards achieving agreed business aims.
Quarterly /Annual sales planning with the customer.
Participate in the planning and realizing co-op, promotional and loyalty campaigns.
Organize in a proper way of retail audit in terms of recommended assortment and pricing control.
Organize product trainings & product-introduction seminars for the second-level clients.
Coordinate the team of merchandisers: including monthly/weekly target setting, motivation, training and control over their activity.
Provide customers with the necessary marketing support (catalogues, promo-materials, ...)
Provide Sales management with regular reports and activity plans.
Develop, update and maintain customers database; collect available market information about customers and competitors activities and plans;
Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
Responsible for organizing merchandising process.
Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual sales plan fulfillment*
Fulfill other job related tasks required by management to maximize business results.*
